International transfers
We operate from the United States, so data about EU, EEA, UK and Swiss visitors is transferred to the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable) with each processor above, together with the technical measures described in our Privacy Policy: encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted contact fields, row-level access control and audit logging.
Changes
